The job as a loose fill installer

As a loose fill installer, you will be part of a wonderful team of happy craftsmen who contribute daily to ensuring that more homes achieve an optimal indoor climate through attic insulation. The job involves going to the customer's home, assessing their needs, and preparing the attic. You will build and assemble a walkway in the attic and then blow loose fill insulation into the entire attic floor. You do not need to have worked with similar tasks before to succeed in this job. You will go through our internal training and introduction plan where we teach you everything you need to know to become a fully-fledged loose fill installer.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, has initiative, is meticulous, and is motivated to develop together with us, where a positive attitude and joy are important factors.

To succeed in the job, a C1 or C driver's license is required. There are no other formal educational requirements, but if you have previous experience in the construction industry, it is a plus. You also need to have good Swedish language skills to communicate with our customers. The job is full-time and a permanent position with a monthly salary.
