About the Role

In your role as a Host, you will become a key player in our team, having both customer contact and significant responsibility. You will work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure that both the showroom and the cars are in top condition.

The role of a Host is versatile and includes tasks such as keeping cars and premises in top shape, photography, and online advertising. You build relationships with customers while contributing to sales in close collaboration with the sales team. In addition, you will also be responsible for testing and valuing our trade-in cars as well as car purchases. This requires both solid automotive knowledge and skilled negotiation skills – you need to meet customers and business partners with both knowledge and a sense of finesse. 

Your day may involve preparing cars for display, handling customer inquiries, pricing vehicles, negotiating, testing, and ensuring that cars are ready for their new owners – and much, much more.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least two years of work experience and good knowledge of Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Has a B driver's license.
• Previous experience in sales or service is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is quick to learn new things, ambitious, and loves to go the extra mile – whether for your colleagues or customers. Previous experience in the automotive industry is not a requirement.

With a strong sense of teamwork and responsibility, you easily create good relationships. You communicate well, are detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You know how to prioritize correctly in your work to maintain high quality and meet any deadlines.

Other

You will work at our facility in Kiruna. The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.
