About the Position

We are now looking for a facility technician with a focus on control and regulation technology for a well-established property company. You will work with the operation and technology of office buildings in the Slakthusområdet, which is an area in southern Stockholm currently undergoing one of the city's most exciting urban transformations. Here, modern office environments, restaurants, culture, and housing are being developed in a unique mix.

As a facility technician with our client, you will work closely with both technology and people. You will become a key person in the daily operations of modern office buildings and have a comprehensive understanding of the buildings' technical functions – with a particular focus on control and regulation technology. There is both breadth and depth: you will patrol, troubleshoot, optimize, and rectify – while building relationships with tenants, colleagues, and contractors.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems within ventilation, heating, and cooling
• Work in property systems, as well as control and regulation systems (primarily Larmia)
• Daily patrolling and supervision of office buildings
• Contact with tenants to identify and resolve operational issues
• Independent work but in close dialogue with your colleagues in the team

We are looking for someone who has

• Some experience in property management or facility technology
• Technical understanding of control and regulation technology
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Experience in reading operational images and understanding control systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We consider it a merit if you have

• Experience working in Larmia or similar control systems
• Previous work in commercial properties
• Curiosity and problem-solving ability – especially within technical systems
• The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and routines
