About the role

As a machine operator, you will operate and/or set up our eccentric presses or CNC machines. Depending on which part of production you work in, the focus will be on either operating presses, setting them up, or operating CNC machines. You contribute to ensuring that production maintains high quality, high safety, and delivers on time according to customer requirements. We are looking for several operators who together strengthen our team, where collaboration and continuous improvement are a natural part of the work. Shift work may occur.

Examples of tasks:

• Operate and/or set up eccentric presses
• Operate and/or set up CNC machines
• Ensure quality in manufacturing and follow quality assurance routines
• Work on improvements to increase productivity, safety, and delivery precision
• Participate in daily operations and maintenance of machines

Who are you?

You are a meticulous and safety-conscious operator with industrial experience and preferably experience in operating and/or setting up eccentric presses or CNC machines. You understand the value of working with quality and continuous improvements and thrive in an environment where order and collaboration are important.

You need to have:

• Experience in industrial work
• Experience in operating and preferably setting up eccentric presses or CNC machines
• High safety awareness and attention to detail
• Familiarity with working on improvements and delivery goals
