Your future role:

We are in an expansive phase with several exciting IT initiatives where you will play a key role. In this role, you will work with daily operations and further develop our central access control solution from Gantner, which is critical for our gyms to function for our members – around the clock. In addition to the access control system, you will also be involved in our broader IT landscape where we drive initiatives in areas such as IT and cybersecurity, automation of operations and support, digitization of internal processes, improved user experience for our employees and members, as well as optimizing our infrastructure through cloud services and smart system solutions.

IT Operations is responsible for ensuring that our approximately 300 gyms in five countries operate from an IT perspective – which means your days will be both challenging and varied. As part of the team, you will actively work with IT support for the business while driving and improving our technical solutions and deliveries.

Your main responsibilities:

• Have technical primary responsibility for our access control platform from Gantner, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration

• Further develop, optimize, and automate our access solution with a focus on stability, scalability, and user experience

• Act as a requirements setter towards suppliers and collaborate closely to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance with technical standards

• Ensure a robust and efficient operations and support delivery through proactive monitoring and improvement work

• Coordinate and quality assure IT infrastructure and system support in connection with openings and upgrades of new gym facilities

• Participate in and drive projects related to operations, security, automation, and system integration

• Capture technical and functional needs from the business and transform these into sustainable IT solutions

• Contribute to the continuous development of our IT processes, methods, and tools – focusing on automation, scalability, and security

Who are you?

You have a strong technical background and are used to taking responsibility for complex system solutions. Previous experience with access solutions, access control systems, and particularly the Gantner platform is highly meritorious. You have good knowledge of APIs and system integrations, as well as experience working with Microsoft's ecosystem – both on-premises and in the cloud. You also have practical experience with network infrastructure, and are comfortable working with switches, VLANs, and firewall configurations.

But most importantly – you are curious, solution-oriented, and self-driven. You thrive in an environment where you can drive technical development, improve existing systems, and identify new opportunities to create value for both the business and the users.
