Welcome to Apoteket Mall of Scandinavia, a dynamic and vibrant workplace with 12 dedicated employees, including 4 pharmacists. We are located in one of Sweden's largest and most popular shopping centers – Mall of Scandinavia – where you have easy access to everything from restaurants and shops to amenities and events.

Our long opening hours ensure that we are always available for our customers, whether they are shoppers on the go, visitors heading to Friends Arena, or simply passing by for assistance with self-care and prescriptions. With a strong focus on self-care products, we meet a diverse clientele daily who appreciate our personal service and wide range of products.

As a pharmacy leader at our Mall of Scandinavia pharmacy, you will play a central and important role in actively driving the development of customer interactions within the prescription channel. By sharing your expertise and commitment, you create a stimulating work environment and enhance a positive customer experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales leaders, the responsible pharmacist (LMA), and regional pharmacy leaders in the strategic work around our key performance indicators to achieve our goals together. Your ability to inspire and coach your colleagues is key to our success.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Coach, support, and inspire your colleagues in customer interactions in the prescription channel
• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Drive improvements and activities related to customer interactions and key performance indicators
• In collaboration with the responsible pharmacist, drive the use of EES

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use. You have worked for at least one year as a pharmacist in a pharmacy. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for customer service and helping customers make the best choices for their health and well-being
• The ability to stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• A strong business understanding and goal orientation
• A solution-oriented approach, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• Good collaboration skills and contribute to creating well-functioning teams
• Good knowledge of MS Office
