Who are you? As a construction engineer at our client, you will work closely in a team with all production teams in the company. The client is a company in the construction sector that is in a growth phase and is looking for someone ready to grow with them! In this role, you will act as a sounding board for production teams and will have coordination responsibility over the project engineers who will report to you. You will work closely with the CEO and the Operations Manager and report to them. The client is conducting really exciting construction projects, so for you who are ready to be part of complex projects, this is the right position for you! The right person for the job is driven, structured, communicative, and engaged in their work. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of financial management, forecasts, document management, and quality, environment, and work environment (KMA).

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an engineering degree or equivalent work experience in construction.
• Has at least three years of experience as a construction engineer in construction and/or infrastructure.
• Has very good insight into finance, forecasts, document management, and KMA.
• Has knowledge of construction law and contract management.
• Is accustomed to working with digital tools such as NEXT, etc.
• Is well-versed in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
