We are looking for someone who loves service and meeting guests. If you want to be at the center of a rapidly growing business, in a facility with a fantastic working environment, this job is for you.  The position is 60% and includes on-call duty some weekends and when our first receptionist is on vacation. We are looking for someone who can start working with us as soon as possible.

We want you to have a high sense of service, organizational skills, and a genuine interest in meeting people, the guests. You are stress-resistant, enjoy teamwork, and are a confident person.

You are also a good communicator, fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and have an eye for detail. Previous experience in hotel reception and booking or similar work is an advantage. 

The job involves handling everything from bookings, checking in guests, and assisting with service to spa guests and in the lobby bar. The work is during the day and evening and includes working every other weekend as well as on-call duty some weekends and when the first receptionist is on vacation. We are currently using the booking system Hotsoft and will transition to VisBook this fall.
