Gränsö Castle is further investing in guest service and is therefore looking for a Front of House Manager for our restaurant.

We are welcoming more and more guests to our hotel and restaurant and have built 12 new hotel rooms this year. During the autumn/winter, we will expand our castle with a new kitchen and new conference rooms. With our major investment and expansion, we are looking for someone who loves service and sales, as well as leading and coaching others, and who wants to join us on our journey forward. 

As the Front of House Manager at Gränsö Castle's restaurant, you will deliver service, guest experiences, and a high-level guest reception. You should have a natural leadership ability and easily engage with the staff. 

At Gränsö Castle, we have both lounges and dining rooms available for our guests. Our evenings are a bit like a “three-dimensional theater” where the castle is our stage, and both staff and guests participate in and create the experience.

As the Front of House Manager, you will therefore have an exciting and leading role at Gränsö Castle. You will primarily be responsible for the restaurant's à la carte and for the staff working in the evening. You will welcome our guests and ensure they receive first-class service. 

We are looking for someone who is primarily driven by guest service, sales, and leading others; experience in the profession is secondary, as we believe we can train you on-site. The most important thing is that you have the right drive and want to develop with us. The work is scheduled for afternoons and evenings, part-time or full-time. 

You will have a key role in our operations and will help drive and develop it further; we have fast decision-making processes, and we are constantly investing in developing the business, where staff play a very important role.
