As a spa receptionist, you will meet the hotel’s guests in the spa reception, assist them during their spa stay by serving food and drinks, while also carefully setting a good atmosphere and always ensuring that our guests have a great experience. You will respond to inquiries and bookings via phone and email. In our hotel reception, you will meet our guests during check-in and check-out, receive bookings via email and phone, and assist guests with any questions that may arise during their stay. We would like you to be an engaged person and leave a positive impression so that guests leave us with a truly pleasant experience in mind.

The position is a 70% temporary contract where you will primarily be stationed in our newly built spa (Santai Spa) but will also have about 1 shift per week in our hotel reception. Varied working hours including evening and weekend work. Salary according to HRF collective agreement. You should be at least 20 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as have good computer skills. Experience from similar work is an advantage but not a requirement. Your personality, attitude, and willingness are more important. During certain periods, there is an opportunity to work more through extra shifts in the reception or other departments.
