As a caretaker at Borgholms Campingar, you are an important part of a small close-knit team. Much of the work is done under your own responsibility, and it is important that you are a problem solver who does not hesitate to pitch in where needed. As a caretaker, you assist both guests and employees with various issues that may arise at our facilities. The work consists of many daily tasks, but you must always be prepared for the day to change and adapt accordingly. You do everything from helping guests to repairing something or cleaning. Your workplace is everywhere on the campsite, and therefore you are often one of the first people the guest seeks out when a problem arises, so it is important that you enjoy working with guest interactions.

The ideal candidate should be positive, enjoy working independently and in a team, have an eye for detail, strive for cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace, and like to work at a fast pace. You should have good physical fitness as the tasks involve lifting. As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, unpretentious, and responsible, and you place great value on delivering good results daily. You are somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades and have a technical interest.

You should have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English. Experience in similar work is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.

The duration of the work is from week 25 to 32 with varying working hours, averaging 80%, on a rolling schedule. We offer contractual wages according to VISITA. We can provide accommodation in Borgholm and Köpingsvik.

Borgholms Campingar is a family-owned company founded in 1981. We offer holiday stays close to both the beach and the city. Our operations include four campsites – Grönhag, Köpingbaden, and Klinta in Köpingsvik, Kapelludden in Borgholm, as well as two parking spaces, Sunset Ställplats and Tjusby Ställplats.
