As an operations manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily work. You lead the team on-site, ensure that our guests receive the best possible service, and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, speed, and service. You have an overview of the entire operation: from the kitchen and cash register to serving and outdoor dining. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where joy, community, and development are at the center.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to inspire others. You are a role model who leads by being present, engaged, and solution-oriented. You enjoy seeing your colleagues grow and develop, and you understand the importance of always putting the guest first.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team in daily operations
• Ensure that guests receive a world-class service experience
• Plan, staff, and train in all areas of the restaurant
• Have an overview of the kitchen, cash register, dining area, and outdoor environment
• Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh, and welcoming
