Home Hotel Packhuset in Kalmar is looking for a talented and enthusiastic bartender to join our team! If you have a knack for creating creative cocktails, love interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you. What will you do?

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, accurately take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients. Report shortages or maintenance needs as necessary.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, including glassware, utensils, and equipment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

This is a seasonal position at 75% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires work on varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You will succeed here if you are:

• Experienced in bar work.
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic experiences.
• A good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing stress.
