About us

When we planned the future of our restaurant in 2018, we asked ourselves a simple question: What is the tastiest thing in the world?

The answer was pizza.

But not just any pizza. We decided to make the best pizza – for real. Inspired by Italy, refined on Öland, and baked in our majestic wood-fired oven built in the spring of 2019. Since then, we have refined techniques, developed flavors, and created a pizza that combines local ingredients from the island with Mediterranean traditions.

For us, fast food is never semi-finished products. We make as much as possible from scratch, choose ingredients with care, and deliver a holistic experience where quality and love for the craft can be tasted in every bite.

And yes – we offer more than just pizza. But the pizza is our heart.

About the role

As a pizzaiolo with us, you are an important part of the kitchen and the experience we create for our guests. You work with the entire process – from dough to finished pizza – and contribute to maintaining the highest quality in every serving.

Your tasks:

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in pizza making (preferably Neapolitan style or wood-fired)
• Is passionate about craftsmanship, ingredients, and quality
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork
• Is meticulous, positive, and solution-oriented
• Wants to help create something that guests travel to experience
