About the position

We are now seeking staff for the reception at Kapelludden Camping in Borgholm. Here, you will be an important part of the camping's heart and one of the first people our guests meet. The role is varied, social, and suits those who enjoy responsibility and juggling multiple tasks.

In the reception, you will handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions about our facilities, and provide tips about the local area. You will have daily contact with both cleaning and maintenance to ensure that our guests' stay is of high quality.

Adjacent to the reception is our shop, where you assist guests at the checkout, restock items, and ensure that the shop is well-stocked and inviting – everything needed for a successful camping or beach day.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys working with people and providing good service

• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and organized

• Can handle working at a varied pace

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Has experience from similar work (meritorious but not required)

Employment conditions

• Period: 25–32

• Extent: approximately 80 %, varying working hours on a rolling schedule, day and evening shifts

• Salary according to VISITA agreement

• Staff accommodation may be offered
