We are looking for staff for Guest Services – Booking

We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and solution-oriented, with a strong service focus and the ability to keep a cool head even when the pace is high. You work in a structured manner, prioritize correctly, and are flexible in the face of changes.

About the role

The Guest Services department is the hub of our operations for our four campsites. This is where our guests turn for questions before, during, and after their stay, and your mission is to deliver professional and personal service in every contact. The Guest Services department works in conjunction with the reception at Kapelludden Camping in Borgholm.

The work involves selling and booking our products via incoming phone calls and emails. You handle bookings for camping pitches and cabins, answer questions, and follow up on incoming bookings in our systems. Communication with guests primarily takes place via phone and email.

If necessary, the tasks may also include work at the reception, such as check-in and check-out, providing information, and cash handling.

Who we are looking for

We place great importance on personal suitability and believe more in the right attitude than the right experience. You will receive training on-site, but it is an advantage if you:

• Have prior computer skills

• Have experience in service, booking, or sales (meritorious)

• Have an interest in the tourism industry

• Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written form (requirement)

• Have additional language skills (meritorious)

Employment conditions

• Scope: 80–100 %

• Start: April, May, or mid-June

• Period: until week 32, with the possibility of extension over the Harvest Festival at the end of September

• Working hours: varying working hours on a rolling schedule, day and evening shifts

• Salary according to VISITA agreement

• Staff accommodation can be offered
