Calmar Stadshotell is a modern hotel with historical roots, proudly offering personalized service that delivers that little extra, located in an optimal spot at Stortorget in Kalmar. The current building was completed in 1906, with the latest renovation taking place in 2016. The historical charm that greets the hotel's guests, combined with a personal and relaxed environment, has made Calmar Stadshotell one of Kalmar's most popular hotels. Calmar Stadshotell is more than just a hotel; with our 135 rooms, spa, banquet hall, restaurant, pub, and meeting facilities, we offer a wide range of products to our guests. The hotel reception is the hub of our operations, and to thrive in the role of receptionist, you need to communicate easily and be attentive to both guests and colleagues. We are looking for someone who is creative and flexible, with the ability to see opportunities before problems.

Conditions:

The employment is a seasonal position with varying working hours allocated both in the hotel reception and spa reception, weekdays & weekends, according to schedule. We prefer that you are a student or have another part-time job and are interested in extra work. There is an opportunity to start employment already this spring and to continue after the summer season as an extra resource. Salary according to HRF collective agreement.

You should be at least 20 years old and proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. Experience from similar work is an advantage, but your personality, attitude, and willingness are more important.
