Mister York is looking for a new Field Auditor

Mister York is a growing hamburger chain that challenges the industry by offering what we call the new generation of fast food. We are now looking for a Field Auditor who wants to help ensure that Mister York delivers the highest quality – every day, in every restaurant.

The Role of Field Auditor

As a Field Auditor, you are Mister York's eyes in the field. You travel to our restaurants across the country and evaluate how they perform against our set goals in operational areas such as:

- Cleanliness and hygiene

- Food safety

- Procedures and administrative processes

- Service and guest experience

Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our restaurants meet the high standards that have made us successful. You will both identify strengths and areas for improvement, as well as provide support and feedback to restaurant management.

We are looking for someone who

- Is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented

- Has a strong sense of quality and attention to detail

- Is communicative and enjoys building relationships

- Has the ability to be both objective and pedagogical in your feedback

- Likes to travel and has a B driver's license

Previous experience in the restaurant industry or auditing/quality control is advantageous, but we value your personality and potential above all.
