About the job

As a receptionist at Best Western Centralhotellet, you play an important role in the daily operations of the hotel.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything from check-in/check-out of guests to deliveries, orders, and problem-solving. Morning shifts involve starting and opening the breakfast room and reception. Evening shifts focus on check-in and bar sales at the reception. Some cleaning of common areas and occasionally rooms is also performed by reception staff. During the low season, you will also assist in breakfast service. The work is varied, and one day is rarely like another.

Qualifications

Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement; other languages are a plus. The guest is always the focus, and good customer service is crucial. We prefer that you have worked with similar tasks before, ideally in a hotel booking system.
