About the team & role
The position involves a lot of travel – you will work from home and then on-site with customers around the country as well as abroad when required, which means you will often stay in hotels during the week and return home for the weekend.
The work includes, among other things:
- Traveling for work
- Working at the workshop in Skutskär
- Supervising external contractors
- Administrative tasks such as writing detailed service reports
- Servicing large and small industrial Diamond Power products
Sometimes you will work evenings, weekends, or at the workshop. It is important that you are flexible and have a solution-oriented mindset – they need someone who dares to make decisions independently and knows how to get things to work in the field.
About you
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a traveling service technician
- Good experience in welding, cutting, and welding tests (with licenses)
- Familiarity with working on large industrial machines, preferably within NSC facilities or paper mills
- High school or post-secondary education in industry (meritorious)
- Administrative skills (e.g., writing service reports)
- Driver's license (you will receive a company car)

Is very independent, fearless, meticulous, and used to taking responsibility. You enjoy being away during the week and are comfortable working alone but also in a team. You have good structure, can hold a work team together, and have respect for machines, safety routines, and documentation. You are solution-focused and flexible – both in your mindset and your daily life.
