About the Position

We are now looking for someone who enjoys administration with a strong focus on providing the best possible service to our customers and sales department. The role is broad and varied, and you will be offered significant responsibility. You will have close communication with the sales manager and salespeople.

As a sales administrator, your primary area of work will be to manage the administration related to truck sales in the area – from order to delivery.

Your tasks will include:

• Administration of incoming and outgoing deliveries in our business systems
• Management of contracts and invoicing for truck sales
• Registration of ownership transfers with the Swedish Transport Agency and signing of insurance for customers
• Documentation related to loans and leasing
• Registration statistics
• CM System

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, positive, and has good communication skills. You enjoy working in a team while being able to take your own initiatives and full responsibility for your tasks. You are meticulous and can work in a structured manner even during peak periods. To thrive in this role, you should have an administrative flair and a drive and interest in problem-solving.

We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in administration, and experience from the automotive industry is an advantage. You need to have at least a high school education with a focus on economics. We assume you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and comfortable using your English when required. You are an experienced system user and have good knowledge of Office 365. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Structure, order, and tidiness are important to you, and you have the ability to prioritize your tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel confident in dealing with customers. In your daily work, you contribute positive energy and take responsibility for getting the job done.
