Uniflex is looking for Customer Service Representatives for Telenor's customer service in Kalmar

You will be working at our client's bright and fresh premises in Varvsholmen, Kalmar, where they highly value community and commitment. The client invests heavily in their staff, providing ample opportunities for development within the company. They actively work to attract motivated, engaged, and inspiring personnel.

As part of our team, you will be the face of the company, representing Telenor's products and brand. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from Telenor's customers, answer their queries regarding invoices, mobile telephony, subscriptions, and technical support. You are service-oriented, attentive to customer needs, and actively engage in upselling as a significant part of the service. All to inspire customers when using digital solutions and find the best setup for them.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and always strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are driven by sales, responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards set goals, both individually and as part of a team. Furthermore, you are proficient in using computers, fluent in spoken and written Swedish, and have a good command of English. The position requires a complete high school education.

The position is full-time, starting in early 2025. Working hours are varied, and customer service hours are weekdays 8-18. The employment begins with training to provide you with the best conditions for success in your new role. You will have a fixed salary according to the agreement and the opportunity for commission.
