Your role as a sales associate

Your main task as a sales associate is to find the perfect solution for each of your customers by actively listening, answering questions, and guiding the customer to the best purchase. It's about helping the customer through the entire process from the first meeting to the completed purchase, and of course, your support may be needed even after the sale. In your role as a sales associate, you will also work on restocking items and keeping the store updated according to the concept. Development, training, and keeping your competence in the field of technology up to date will be a natural part of your work.
