The hotel reception plays a central role in our hotels. Most guests have some form of contact with the reception during their stay, and it is important that you are comfortable in the role of being the face of the hotel.

We are looking for someone who has a good sense of service, quality, and hospitality.

Your tasks will include check-in and check-out, bookings, emails, handling the switchboard, and maintaining order in the reception. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in similar tasks and also if you have experience working with any hotel system.

Practicalities:

Working hours: approximately 22:00-07:00, weekdays and weekends
Extent: part-time, approximately 60% employment rate
Start: immediately
Salary: according to collective agreement
