We are now looking for a service-minded receptionist for Elite Park Hotel.

The reception is the hub of the hotel and the face to our guests. This is where both the first and last impressions are created. The job responsibilities include check-in and check-out, upselling, handling the switchboard, bookings, reception administration, and general service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who has a well-developed sense of first-class service, which is essential for delivering high-level guest experiences. You are a natural team player, responsible, engaged, and proactive. You learn quickly and have the ability to act with good judgment even in more demanding situations. You have experience in similar tasks and good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strongly meritorious is if you have experience with any hotel booking system.

Practicalities:

Working hours: varying morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Scope: 75% with good opportunities for additional hours.
Start: As soon as possible. Please indicate when you can start in your application.
