JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and structured Breakfast Manager who can lead and develop our breakfast operations. In this role, you will have operational responsibility for breakfast service and ensure that we always deliver a high standard when it comes to quality and service.

As a Breakfast Manager, you will actively work in the daily operations alongside your team members and report to the head chef. You are a service professional who excels at establishing routines, creating joy in the team, and getting everyone to pull in the same direction.

You have the ability to pay attention to the details that enhance the breakfast experience and you leave nothing to chance.

As a person, you are committed, responsible, and organized. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in similar roles and you have education/experience from kitchen, pastry, cold kitchen, or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• Good knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for food and service, with an eye for detail.

PRACTICALITIES

• Working hours: Weekdays and weekends, early morning
• Extent: 75%
• Start: Immediately
• Salary: According to agreement
