Your new role 

We are now looking for a property manager for a consulting assignment with our client in the energy sector. The assignment is located in Finspång and offers you the opportunity to work in an international environment with great development potential. The role is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in property management and who want to grow further in an experienced and collaborative team.

As a property manager with our client, you will support a property team of five people, including two other property managers. Together, you will be responsible for the management, development, and optimization of properties used by our client. The role is varied and provides opportunities for both operational and development-oriented work within property management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in projects and coordinating simpler property-related initiatives
• Managing rental and contractual issues
• Being the contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to documentation and administrative processes
• Supporting the work of developing the property portfolio
• Working closely with colleagues and other functions in the organization

To be successful in this role, you need to

• At least 3 years of experience in property management
• Post-secondary education in property management, engineering, economics, or equivalent (or equivalent work experience)
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience with property-related IT systems and administration is a plus
