Concrete Driller for 355 Concrete Drilling – Join us in building the future!

355 Concrete Drilling is a growing company that started in 2022. We specialize in services within demolition and concrete drilling. We work with clients throughout Greater Stockholm and are known for our punctuality, professionalism, and high quality in every project we undertake. We have become a valued partner in both small and large construction projects.

We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey to expand and work with concrete drilling and demolition in a dedicated and close-knit team.

The team is small and currently consists of 2 skilled and driven workers who value collaboration, responsibility, and quality. You will work closely with others and have significant responsibility for planning and executing your own tasks. Your work will take place in residential areas, public environments, and construction sites – providing a varied workday.

As a concrete driller, you will, among other things:

• Perform drilling in concrete, brick, and other hard materials
• Use equipment such as core drills, saws, and cutting machines
• Prepare and plan assignments, including materials and machinery
• Document work and report deviations
• Work independently on-site with clients
• Be the face of our clients

Desired Profile

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in concrete drilling or a similar field
• Driving license B
• ID 06
• Good physical health – the work is physically demanding
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Experience working independently in the field

We are looking for someone who:

We believe you are a self-driven and solution-oriented person who enjoys taking responsibility. You are punctual, meticulous, and have good material knowledge. Since you often work directly with clients, it is important that you are service-oriented and understand the value of professional interaction. You are communicative and flexible as you work in a small team that will grow. You thrive in a dynamic and physical job and are not afraid to pitch in when needed. Putting safety first is a given for you.

Preferred if you:

• Have certification in drilling or concrete
• Have training in safe lifting, hot work, or mobile platforms

Other:

Start: As agreed, preferably immediately

Working hours: Monday–Friday, approx. 07:00–16:00

Location: Based from Botkyrka or your home, work takes place on-site with clients.

Employment type: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period
