This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Assemblin El.

About the company

Assemblin El is one of Sweden's largest players in security. They work with everything from design and construction to installation, service, and maintenance of security technical systems. Their assignments span new production, renovation, industry, public sector, and authorities with security protection agreements. Within security at Assemblin El, there are opportunities for you as a technician, designer, or project manager to work in technology-related roles with clear responsibilities – in projects that require both precision and a holistic perspective. The business is conducted locally with strong teams, but with the strength of a nationwide organization.

Assemblin El is now looking for a service leader with a background in the security industry for one of its offices in Jönköping, Ljungby, or Värnamo!

Job responsibilities

As a service leader, you play a key role in driving the service organization forward where you take over when the project is completed – ensuring that everything from ongoing service to urgent faults is handled quickly, correctly, and with high quality. You are also the one who keeps track of service agreements, distributes work for technicians, drives upselling, and is the link between customer, technology, project, and management. You are responsible for a team of about ten technicians, and even though the formal personnel responsibility lies with the service manager, you lead the daily work. You work both from the office and out with customers – in practice, you divide your time roughly 50/50 between the office and the field. Your area covers large parts of Småland, with offices in Jönköping, Värnamo, and Ljungby. Here, it is not static – you prioritize cases, redirect when necessary, and use both the agreements and your experience as a compass.

You have great freedom of action in your cases, both technically and financially. Together with the technical team, project managers, and designers, you drive the after-sales forward.

  • Drive the service organization forward and take over when projects are completed
  • Handle ongoing service to urgent faults based on service agreements
  • Distribute work for technicians, drive upselling, and be the link between customer, technology, project, and management
  • Responsible for a team of ten technicians whom you lead in daily work
  • Work both from the office and out with customers in an area that covers large parts of Småland
  • Prioritize cases, redirect when necessary, and use agreements as a starting point

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience from the security industry
  • Experience in a leadership role, such as responsible technician, lead installer, or project manager is an advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

As part of the recruitment process, a credit check will be conducted, and an extract from the criminal record will be requested. For final candidates, a security review will also be conducted. During employment, checks will be made regularly in corresponding systems by both Assemblin El and their customers.

The position will be advertised during the summer, where Bravura will conduct phone assessments and interviews continuously. Weeks 32-33, the selection will be followed up with Assemblin El, which will start meeting candidates from week 34.

We use a competency-based methodology in all recruitment processes to ensure unbiased selections.
