HR Architect Wanted

We are looking for an HR architect to improve HR's technological systems and processes and act as an advisor for key stakeholders. The role involves having a holistic perspective to develop and optimize HR's IT landscape.

About the Position

Location: Sweden (remote)
Employment: Fixed-term employment with Montico, alternatively you have F-tax and are a subcontractor to Montico. You will work as a consultant for one client 100%,
Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately
Duration: Initially 6 months with the possibility of extension
Language: English/Swedish

Job Description

As an HR architect, you will:

• Ensure that the HR architecture creates value and aligns with the company's goals.
• Plan and implement measures to achieve the desired HR architecture, including value analyses.
• Serve as a link between IT providers and the organization by clearly communicating requirements and following up on processes.
• Participate in forums and working groups to ensure consistent architecture.
• Be responsible for technical solutions within HR IT and business projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Possesses deep knowledge and experience in Oracle HRIS/HCM.
• Has experience with HR technology and platforms, including planning HR architecture in complex environments.
• Understands business processes and technologies beyond HR, such as in Finance.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience working in international environments.
• Experience establishing and implementing an effective and clear solution methodology.
