We are looking for a Chief Physician for the Doktor.se group!

Your role

As a chief physician, you will have a role that spans two important areas:

Medical Leadership

• Ensure the quality of our medical operations
• Be medical support to colleagues and management
• Contribute to educational initiatives and continuing education

You will be a central part of our medical management structure – and a guarantee for safe, secure, and evidence-based care.

Clinical Work

You will also work as a physician in our care units, where you meet patients in daily work. The clinical presence keeps you grounded in reality – and helps you understand which improvements truly make a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a specialist physician in general medicine.
• Has experience from similar tasks
• Has a strong interest in operational development and innovation in primary care.
• Thrives in a role that combines clinical work with strategic thinking.
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
