About the Company

Cloetta was founded in 1862 and is a leading confectionery company in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Cloetta's products are sold in more than 50 countries. Cloetta has some of the strongest brands on the market, such as Läkerol, Ahlgrens, Jenkki, Kexchoklad, Malaco, and Sportlife. Cloetta has seven factories in five countries. In Ljungsbro, there is Cloetta's production facility for chocolate, wafer, foam, and coated products. Approximately 350 people work here today.

Your Responsibilities

As a temporary employee at Cloetta, you will work as a process operator and be responsible for ensuring that our appreciated products are produced efficiently with a qualitative result. Your tasks will include: - Optimizing product flow for efficient production - Operating process machines and packaging according to instructions - Checking quality - Documenting and reporting according to procedures - Troubleshooting and performing simple maintenance work. Shift work applies in the factory, and working hours rotate between day, evening, and night. 

The assignment starts in week 34, but a later start date can be discussed.

Your Profile

- Studying full-time (100%) or have another main occupation at 75%, due to regulations in our collective agreement - Have a forklift license A1-4 or be willing to obtain one before employment - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Ability to work varied hours (daytime, evenings, and nights). The reason for working extra may be to supplement a student budget or simply to gain more experience. Regardless, you are a driven person with motivation and efficiency who can step in at short notice but also during fixed periods. You are flexible and adapt quickly. You are positive and have the will to do a good job. We also value qualities such as teamwork and being a social team player who communicates well.
