Your Responsibilities Our Production Team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 people and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from different backgrounds, which allows us to complement each other and benefit from each other's experiences. Here we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. As we are still building up our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for you who like to be involved from the start! Your Profile We see that you have a strong technical interest and a desire to develop. We would like you to have previous experience in the manufacturing industry and qualified assembly work. It is a merit if you can read and understand drawings to ensure correct assembly, as well as have experience in measurement technology and handling measuring equipment. If you also have experience in composite layup, it is a merit. In this role, it is important that you are meticulous and responsible in your work, especially when handling sensitive materials.
