Your Crew

Our Production team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from diverse backgrounds, which allows us to complement each other and benefit from one another's experiences. Here, we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. As we are still building up our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for you who like to be involved from the start! Your Mission

Be responsible for our 7-axis machine with dual machine tables and 9 meters of stroke length on the X-axis.
Help develop the machine from single-piece manufacturing to series production.
Work in a cross-functional CNC team with close collaboration with programmers, production technology, and preparation.
Manage and optimize the machine's performance to ensure high productivity and quality.
Contribute your ideas to improve processes and workflows.
Participate in problem-solving and innovation regarding the machine's usage.
Work shifts - current working hours are scheduled for two shifts but will eventually expand to include continuous night and weekend shifts. For this position, we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work continuous weekends!

Your Story

Education in workshop technology or equivalent work experience or a strong curiosity to learn.
Experience in CNC milling/turning and working with at least one 5-axis machine is a plus.
Knowledge of Siemens control systems and reading technical drawings is advantageous.
Experience working with carbon fiber is a plus.
A calm, methodical approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
A strong commitment and responsibility for the machine and its operation.
The ability to collaborate and enjoy achieving common goals together with your team.
