Do you want to help shape a top-class support delivery? Our client is wholeheartedly committed to creating Sweden's best support experience – and now we are looking for a structured and driven Quality Representative (QR) for the service desk team in Norrköping.
Your role as a Quality Representative (QR)
As a QR, you play a key role in ensuring and developing the quality of the service desk's delivery. You act as the spider in the web between the team and the customer, responsible for both internal improvement work and reporting results externally.
You will, among other things:
- Be responsible for ensuring that documentation within support is correct, updated, and easily accessible
- Drive development and continuous improvements of the service desk service
- Work with shift-left – enhancing the team's competence and solution rate
- Represent the service desk in customer dialogues and collaborations
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers and colleagues
- Support the team with structure, processes, and quality assurance
The role involves many points of contact and requires both technical understanding and good administrative skills. You report to the Team Manager and become an important part of an engaged and forward-looking team.
Who we are looking for
To thrive in this role, we believe you have previous experience in service desk/support and feel comfortable taking responsibility for both structure and improvement. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many balls in the air – and you are passionate about creating order, delivering quality, and making both customers and colleagues happy.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a few years of experience working in a service desk or IT support
- Is used to working in a structured, independent, and process-oriented manner
- Enjoys customer contact and finds it easy to collaborate
- Has an eye for improvements and likes to develop work methods
- Has technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset
- Is skilled in administration and documentation
Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
Location: Stockholm
