Fellowmind continues to grow, and we are now looking for more developers for our Enterprise business area. We primarily work with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) but also operate across the entire Microsoft platform. In this role as a developer with us, your focus will be to help our existing clients improve and develop their business processes. You will, among other things, build integrations between different systems, functional adaptations, or customer-specific solutions.

We have over 100 employees in the business area, of which more than 20 are dedicated system developers. We work together in and across our teams, which means you will have plenty of nice colleagues to work closely with over time. The most important thing is that you are never alone, and we take responsibility for all our deliveries together. Even before your first working day, you will be assigned a mentor who will support you both in your tasks and in Fellowmind's values, even if you are senior, as we believe this part of your onboarding is crucial for you to have a great start in your new job. Additionally, you and your closest leader will, of course, set a development plan for you that will be reviewed monthly.

• Is currently working with development within Dynamics 365 and has done so for at least a year, or as a developer within another business system where you have experience programming business logic
• Has experience working with integration development and skills in Azure
• Has an interest in business, business processes, and flows
• Has a technical degree from university, perhaps in Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Technical Physics, or equivalent
• Is analytical and has an easy time turning problems into concrete solutions
• Has a strong commitment and drive for what you undertake
• Has good collaboration skills and is a team player to the core

Start: Preferably immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period that we need to consider.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and aim to make it work for all parties.

Location: At one of our offices in Malmö, Helsingborg, Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Halmstad.

The recruitment process will consist of a phone interview, in-depth interview, tests/case studies, and reference checks.
