We are looking for a new colleague to the team who ensures that the Skeldar V200 is assembled with the highest quality! Upcoming customer deliveries and new contracts mean that we now need you to be communicative, structured, and proactive. You thrive in a role where close collaboration with the team is important to deliver according to plan and improve the work in the production chain.

As a Production Planner with us:

You will be part of the Production Department, which consists of 13 people with roles such as logisticians, production planners, material planners, and technicians. The team has overall responsibility for production, which includes planning and construction of helicopters and ground stations. In the role of Production Planner, you will plan and lead the production of ground stations, ensure that the planning is followed, and that the product meets the right quality. In addition, you will:

• Design and maintain short- and long-term production plans
• Coordinate resources, materials, and technical documentation
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the production flow with support from the team
• Communicate needs and status to other parts of the organization
• Participate in improvement work and development of working methods

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a good understanding of production processes and several years of experience in production. We prefer that you have experience from a similar role or a role that has involved leading other people. It is an advantage if you have experience working with ERP systems, the Office Suite, or MS Project. Experience in a leadership role and/or experience in a business that manufactures complex products is a plus.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
