OP Assistans is now looking for a substitute with a schedule of 60% from August 2025 to June 2026, with the possibility of also working during the summer of 2026 and then staying on as needed.

About the client The client is a 49-year-old man living in a house in Valbo with his partner, a dog, and a cat. He is wheelchair-bound and works during the day, which means that you as an assistant will be with the client at his workplace. Among the tasks are certain transfers, assistance, and personal care. The client speaks for himself.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in working with people. You need to be able to adapt to different situations, as your workplace is wherever the client is. In the client's home, at his workplace, and outside the home during various activities. The most important thing is your personal suitability and the chemistry between you and the client. However, there are also certain requirements that must be met:

Requirements: - Driver's license and access to a car - Sufficient physical capacity to manage an active job - Tolerates pets - Handles the Swedish language very well in communication and understanding

It is also advantageous if you: - Have experience in personal assistance

Working hours and degree of employment Working hours: Weekdays 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Thursdays until 8:00 PM), weekends 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The position includes a substitute role from August 2025 to June 2026 with a schedule of 60% where you work 2-3 days a week. After the substitute period, you are welcome to continue working during the summer and then stay on as needed. Introduction starts immediately.
