We are now looking for a nurse for ASIH in Inner City, evening shifts (40-60% or as agreed)

Job Description

As a nurse in advanced home healthcare, you will have a varied and independent job with standard nursing tasks in the patient's home. You will help ensure that the patient and their relatives are involved in the care and feel secure at home during a period of serious illness. The care should meet physical, psychological, social, and existential needs. We document in the Take Care journal system and plan care using the Alfa Welfare tool (formerly Epsilon).

Your Qualifications

The job requires the ability to work independently and take initiative. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, good collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in home care. You are positive, proactive, flexible, and feel secure in your professional role. You see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment. A driver's license is a requirement.

Experience in home healthcare or advanced home care is an advantage. Relevant specialist training is also an advantage, e.g., in oncological care, palliative care, or as a district nurse.

The position is evening shifts/inclusive weekends (40-60% or as agreed). We apply a six-month probationary period.
