About the role

In this role, you will belong to Northmill's Flo, which offers various types of cash solutions. You will report to the Head of Operations, and it is your responsibility to ensure we have the right equipment available for our customers. This includes managing inventory, preparing, and shipping equipment to customers. Before new devices are sent out, you ensure they are configured according to our guidelines and packed correctly to create an experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. Once the equipment has been shipped, you will contact the customer to schedule a startup review, where you will go through the functionality together with the customer and ensure they are ready to accept payments in their business.

Your background

• High school education
• Interest in technology and computers
• Fluent communication in Swedish
• Team player with good communication skills
