At Inyett, we all contribute our part. Your contribution with us will be to ensure smooth implementation and operation of Inyett's solutions, which contributes to increased customer satisfaction and efficient business processes. By providing technical support and driving projects related to our product deliveries, you help Inyett realize the vision of a safer business environment free from fraud and unscrupulous companies.
You will:
- Be responsible for planning, structuring, and implementing Inyett's API for new and existing customers and partners
- Set up integrations, for example, by automating data transfer via SFTP.
- Act as first and second line technical support, e.g., by managing/troubleshooting existing integrations and resolving issues that arise.
- Collaborate with our incident coordinator to manage and communicate during disruptions and incidents.
- Drive technical projects, including customer and API version migrations as well as other integrations.
- Support internal stakeholders with technical questions related to our product deliveries.
- Q/A testing
To be a match, we see that you have a post-secondary education in a relevant field and previous experience in roles such as Second Line Technical Support, developer, or equivalent in the SaaS or IT industry.
To be able to deliver and thrive in the role, you should have:
Good knowledge of the Rest API framework and Postman.
Competence in JSON, XML, and SFTP.
Experience in Q/A testing and incident management.
You should also have:
A sense of structure and accuracy with a good ability to communicate technical solutions in an understandable way.
Stress-resistant and methodical working style with good impulse control.
