About the Company Väderstad Group provides modern agriculture with highly efficient farming machines and methods. The company is family-owned and its headquarters is located in Väderstad, Sweden. Väderstad Group is currently represented in 40 countries. 

Your Responsibilities We are looking for assemblers, material handlers, welders, and painters.

• Assembler: Assemble small and large components – tasks vary depending on the department.
• Material Handler: Responsible for delivering materials to production and some inventory management.
• Welder: You can either work with manual or robotic welding. You will weld/produce parts/frames according to drawings and standards, as well as ensure quality and perform operator maintenance of fixtures and machines. As a robotic welder, you will also handle stops in the robot.
• Painter: In addition to your main task of painting, you will also work with quality control, hanging and un-hanging materials, masking, and forklift operation.

Working hours: 2 shifts: 05:54-15:06 Mon-Thu, 05:54-14:24 Fri. 15:00-23:36 Mon-Thu, off Fri.

We are looking for different profiles

As an assembler we are looking for someone with previous experience in assembly, either from work or from hobbies. Ideally, you are technically inclined and have experience using various types of tools.

Regarding material handling we expect you to have previous experience with forklift operation, or other vehicles commonly used in warehousing/industry. You should also be comfortable with simpler picking and packing tasks where forklift operation is not a part of the workday.

As a welder we are looking for someone with experience in either manual or robotic welding.

For painters we are looking for someone with experience in industrial painting.

Väderstad also values personal qualities highly and is looking for someone who is a good colleague, reliable, and has a strong work ethic.

Requirements: - Driver's license - Overhead crane license (training assistance can be provided before starting, but costs are to be covered by you) - Specific forklift certifications depending on department and assignment(training assistance can be provided before starting, but costs are to be covered by you) - Specific welding certifications depending on department and assignment

Application Process The position is a consulting solution where you will be employed by Skill but hired out as a consultant to Väderstad. After 6 months of employment with Skill, there are good chances for a permanent position and the ultimate goal is to become a permanent employee at Väderstad.
