We are expanding and now need you with experience in driving heavy vehicles. Kaj Johanssons Åkeri is expanding its fleet in the Piteå area with transportation of chips and by-products from Munksunds Saw Mill. If you are a responsible driver looking to become part of a stable team, you might be the one we are looking for!

What does your workday look like?

In this role, you will be part of a team of thirteen drivers working together on the main assignment, and you will be stationed in Piteå. The schedule is a 2 or 3 shift schedule with some weekend shifts.

As a chip driver, your job consists of delivering various biofuels and sawn timber to and from sawmills, paper industries, building supply stores, etc., in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, and Västernorrland. You will often load yourself with a wheel loader. Driving schedules, orders, and delivery notes are managed via computer.

You are responsible, structured, and attracted to being part of a growing company with high ambitions where you can develop. You have experience driving heavy trucks and trailers, and it is advantageous if you have ADR-tank certification, as we also have tanker operations. It is also important that you can speak and write Swedish, as you will be the company's representative with customers.

You naturally enjoy the driving profession and care about doing a good job. You are comfortable making your own decisions and feel a commitment to ensuring that the jobs we perform always maintain a high standard.
