Traffic Manager for Machinery & Transport in Kalix

As one of our colleagues is retiring, we are now looking for an engaged Traffic Manager for Machinery & Transport in Kalix.

As a Traffic Manager/Salesperson, you will be central in order reception, sales, planning, and allocation of our trucks and construction machinery towards our customer and supplier contacts. You will be an important part of a team that has close contact with the operations and acts in a coordinating function together with the production manager and our subcontractors. With us, no day is like the other (cliché, but true!) and the role of traffic manager is therefore a position for you who enjoy variation in daily work. You thrive best when you can create new solutions and business opportunities. The work is office-based but also involves local customer visits. During winter, you will also support the operations with on-call duty during specified weeks.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many contacts, focusing on actively working to find new customers and business arrangements. In this role, you will work to identify and deliver good service to our customers, subcontractors, and colleagues within BDX. You are not only interested and engaged but also have a knack for maintaining and creating new relationships while keeping order and structure.

To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills and a business-minded approach where you value relationships and are driven by performance.

A valid driver's license (B) is required, and for this position, you should have good computer skills. Experience in the machinery and transport industry is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on your skills and personal qualities.
