Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is experienced and self-sufficient in the kitchen, who knows that good ingredients are important to maintain the best flavors, while balancing your skills and working efficiently with a focus on quality and creativity, highlighting the flavors of the distillery and economic sustainability. You should have a passion for perfection and culinary experiences, as well as an eye for details that make guests want to return. Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy is a given for you. 

Who are you?

• Flexible and solution-oriented in your way of working
• Have education and good knowledge of HACCP
• Have a good economic understanding 
• Are used to planning and working with logistics to get ingredients home on time
• See yourself as a person with a strong sense of service
• Work meticulously and in a structured manner
• Are a good leader driven by developing your team 
• You enjoy your administrative work while your main focus is on               operations
• Have worked as a sous chef and want to take the next step in your career/or have at least 5 years of experience       as a chef 
• Speak and write Swedish 

It is a merit if you have:

• Worked in environments where you are required to be self-sufficient 

What do you get?

The position is a permanent position with direct recruitment to the employer. We apply a 6-month probationary period. The work is varied and includes breakfast, lunch, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as a few event days each year. Simple accommodation is available. 

Salary according to agreement.
