Smak Sak is looking for a driven and creative Chef/Cold Kitchen Assistant who wants to become an important part of our team. The role suits you who enjoys working practically in the kitchen, is meticulous, and thrives in a varied work environment with great responsibility.

You will primarily work in the kitchen preparing wraps, baguettes, salads, and desserts for our corporate clients. The work is varied and also includes responsibility for catering, planning orders, and deliveries as part of the operations surrounding Snälltåget. The role also includes product development, ingredient orders, cost calculations, and some personnel management.

Your tasks:

Preparation and cooking of wraps, baguettes, salads, and desserts.

Responsibility for catering production and coordination of orders.

Daily operations related to Snälltåget, including delivery driving.

Product development and creation of new dishes as well as pricing calculations.

Ordering and inventory of goods.

Some personnel responsibility.

Other ad hoc tasks included in the operations.

Who are you?

Is creative and enjoys developing new recipes and ideas.

Has experience from a kitchen, cold kitchen, or restaurant.

Has good organizational skills and can work independently.

Is service-oriented and enjoys interacting with both colleagues and customers.

Has an understanding of Excel.

Has a B driver's license.

Speaks Swedish fluently.

Working hours

The position is full-time.

The working hours vary and require flexibility. Usually, you start at 07:00, and work every third weekend occurs. Early mornings are included, and sometimes late evenings.
