Preschool Utforskarna is a preschool with space for 150 children located in the Linero area outside Lund. At the preschool, we focus on movement and sustainability, which is closely linked to the work done in the kitchen and what we consume, thereby building sustainable children who can thrive throughout the day at preschool. The kitchen is new and equipped with a well-appointed machine park and good conditions for creating meals that meet our visions. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with children at preschool and sees the educational meal as a natural part of their workday.

In our kitchen, we work in a team currently consisting of three people, where we help each other with what needs to be done based on our service to our receiving kitchens and our own operations. We currently prepare about 600 portions of food that are delivered both to our own preschool and to 7 of Pysslingen's other preschools. The main work in the kitchen consists of preparation, refinement, and readiness to provide good service with fast and stable flow during delivery and serving. We bake our bread on-site, so good knowledge in this area is an advantage. We prepare most things from scratch and aim for a selection that suits everyone.

We are looking for an engaged and creative cook who wants to be part of our kitchen team. You will work with everything from preparation and cooking to plating and self-control. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence menus, work with good ingredients, and develop in your profession.
