We believe you have worked for a few years and are open to moving around to see different places. You enjoy cooking with a focus on Nordic cuisine. We operate all over Sweden and tailor solutions based on needs and sustainability.

THE ROLE As a chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that the prep is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential pathways forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards that are currently pursued. You will actively work with sustainability. The circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint socially, economically, and environmentally. Satisfied and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.
