AK Markanläggning was founded five years ago by an experienced earthworker who has worked as an excavator operator. Since our inception, we have grown and established ourselves as a reliable player in the earthworks industry. We have several new projects coming up and are therefore looking for more skilled operators who want to contribute to our continued development.

Are you an experienced and self-sufficient excavator operator who wants to be part of a growing company in earthworks? AK Markanläggning is now seeking a skilled and responsible operator who wants to work on exciting projects around the region.

As an Excavator Operator with us, you will:

• Operate excavators and perform various types of earthworks.
• Read and work according to drawings.
• Follow applicable work environment and safety regulations.
• Work both independently and in teams to complete projects with high quality.

Desired Profile:

• Certification for excavator operation.
• Driver's license B and wheel loader license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English.

We are looking for someone who:

Is self-sufficient and can solve problems independently – You take initiatives and find solutions when challenges arise, without always needing guidance.

Takes responsibility for your work and respects your colleagues – You ensure that the work is performed correctly, meet deadlines, and contribute to a good work environment by collaborating and showing respect.

Is meticulous and structured – You work methodically, follow drawings and instructions carefully, and ensure that the work maintains high quality.

Has a positive attitude and is a team player – You have a good attitude, contribute to a positive atmosphere at the workplace, and help your colleagues when needed.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as an excavator operator.

Other:

Start: Immediately

Working hours: Monday - Friday 07.00-16.00.

Employment type: 6-month probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment.

Collective agreement (Fora).

You travel directly from home to the project.
