In the role of construction project manager at Vinnergi, you will be responsible for planning and executing design assignments and contracts with a focus on budget, timeline, and quality. The projects include investigations, design assignments, inventories, procurement support, and site follow-up. The projects are multidisciplinary and encompass several different areas beyond electrical and telecommunication systems. You will play a central role in matching customer needs with our specialist competencies and partners. As the “spider in the web,” you help our customers with their challenges by assigning the right competencies for the task, conducting investigations and design, and finding solutions. You build trust and create long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and driving projects from start to finish
• Responsible for budget and timeline
• Documentation and reporting
• Conducting site visits and customer meetings
• Designing work processes for new business and contributing to business development

We are looking for someone with a natural ability to build relationships and who thrives in a role where self-leadership, orderliness, and structure are central. You have some prior experience in the role of project manager, either as a project manager with an installer or construction company or as a client of design and contracting work. Previous experience as a consultant is a plus.

You have a strong desire to develop and appreciate a role where you can work independently, create routines, and develop processes. You are skilled at building relationships and work well in a group where you possess leadership qualities.

Furthermore, we see that you have 

• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills, especially within Microsoft Office (Excel, Project/Planner)
• Experience working systematically with timelines and change management
